Title IX Sex-based Harassment and Discrimination Policy
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”) prohibits discrimination based on sex in any educational programs, which includes sex-based harassment and discrimination. Title IX requires the College, upon becoming aware of any incident of sex-based harassment or discrimination to respond appropriately to protect and maintain the safety of the College community. Consistent with applicable law, including Title IX, the Clery Act and the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, the College maintains a comprehensive program designed to protect members of the community from Title IX Sex-based Harassment and Discrimination.
On this site, members of the college community can find information about our policies and procedures related to sexual misconduct. At any time, an individual may consult the Title IX/Sexual Misconduct Coordinator to report a concern. We encourage all members of our campus community to seek support for and report alleged misconduct as defined within the policy. Please see information about how to get help and options for reporting.
